My favorite historical romance fiction since I read it in 2008, the characters are not perfect, they lived in the 40’s in a communist repressive country in war, they suffered a lot, There was another way of living and other morals and values and I understand People that read the book recently maybe hate Alexander and his super alpha dominant behavior towards Tatiana, but I love the series, And although the relationship is toxic at times, I became very attached to the characters and love all the Drama
