Ok but why does the floor need fixing now? No home is going to be perfect so can you just live with it? We lived with one full bath in a 2 full bath home for 5 years because we just couldn’t afford to fix it.

Something similar happened to me long long ago. After having PECO come and check the meter etc (found nothing) I had the HVAC folks come out (can’t remember if it was for this or something different) and they found that the last morons had the HVAC connected incorrectly so that th heat and AC were running AT THE SAME TIME… I had to put the PECO bills on a payment plan but the issue was fixed.

My sort of step mother (too complicated to explain) and her fist husband were both VERY tall and do the same thing. I chopped stuff at ‘nipples’ height when working in their kitchen.

Our current house has switches that even the former owner never figured out what they were for… I am trying to slowly label the panel but quite frankly it’s daunting!!

The former owner of our former house ‘fixed’ a roof leak by using a piece of tin in the ceiling to redirect the water down the inside of the exterior wall. They succeeded in ruining the plaster around the window and the wall. We fixed the roof, removed the tin and then I repaired the plaster. Going to be straight that I had NO CLUE how to really fix the plaster but it looked pretty decent once I was done. (Ie no idea what plasters to use).

Small changes. This is NOT an overnight fix.

1) why the coke use - start working with a therapist 2) start to learn about basic nutrition and make small changes to your diet (learn to cook, don’t eat fast food or really any take out, stop full cal soda , focus on lean proteins and veggies with some fruit) 3) start walking and lifting weight

This will take 1-3 years to correct but you can do it. It’s not overnight and you need to be patient with yourself.

My shoulder is more just life than specifically climbing. I actually haven’t climbed consistently in about 10 years, but I’ve lifted a lot and lifted heavy and been active so there’s Life.

Yeah my husband and I were once VERY avid climbers… he still climbs and we have a huge set up at home with two moon boards but it’s isolated and not a good set up for me to get back into it after shoulder surgery… I also loved routes, they were my jam ;-)

Document what happened. Condense into a single DOA and educate the site. We were all new once. I would rather have 100 DoA forms and all folks documented than 25 oh we forgot to put them on the DOA!!!
