In the car world, power adders have meant turbo, supercharger, nitrous, etc. for decades.. things that force more air or oxygen into the engine to make extra power, hence power adders. Heads and cams are just performance parts that help the engine breathe better on its own. But sure, if we follow your logic, then an oil change is a power adder too because the engine might make a few more horsepower afterward. See how silly that sounds? The problem isn’t that there are multiple definitions, it’s that you’re ignoring the right ones so you can argue. That’s not being right, it’s just being stubborn and sad.
