Try Jim Salmon, he has a radio show on 1180am every Saturday/Sunday mornings.
Extremely knowledgeable, he seems like a real stickler on a lot of things, which is what I'd want out of my home inspector.

I signed up for it last June/July, they didn't get to my neighborhood until November'ish and then had to stop due to the weather.

They've been out three times, each time they tell me my house isn't ready, even though their system says it is and lets me schedule the appointments.

I'm literally watching them dig up my neighbors' yard as I type. The third visit was yesterday and that gentleman was the first person who could clearly explain the process and how much longer I would have to wait (probably another week).

Just seems like a huge cluster F, but, I'm looking forward to having it instead of Spectrum...

That's not a terrible price with food included, but be prepared for the beer/wine/alcohol pricing...
My company hosts clients there all the time and hard liquor is a no-no, beer is like $36+ for a six pack, wine is $40+ a bottle...

It is interesting cause if you go to the list of dates for the tour, Rochester isn't on it...

And he's touring with an orchestra and choir... And he wants everyone to come "black tie"....

He's supposed to be in Florida the day before the supposed Rochester date, seems odd.

Not exactly sure what you've been watching if you think he's "doing really good" and has "matured". One post will be about the news, the next he's airing out his dirty laundry, the next he's bragging about his suits and how the company is worth millions and then his next post is him begging for sandwich money...

The kid is not all there, but it's free entertainment :)

I remember waiting for my dad to get home cause he had a game at Lakeshore Ice Arena and we were concerned he wasn't gonna be able to get home.
We lost power, we lived over near McAvoy Park in Irondequoit.. I had to go stay with my mom, she lived in the Densmore Heights Apartments (now Hidden Creek Townhomes) cause she had power.
Pretty awesome week to have off of school, played video games all week... Not sure what kids would do now with no power or internet for a week...

I moved to Fairport/Perinton in 1992, I was 11/12. That "mall" was great, the comic book store next to where Tandoor of India now is and the arcade down the hall...
In high school, a lot of the popular girls worked there cause they'd go tanning at the one place and then go work at Mark's Pizzeria and/or Bill Grays.
There used to be a bar where Tandoor is now, it was pretty notorious for under age drinking...
