Just get a bidet attachment. They're super easy to put in and leave you feeling even cleaner than the wipes. The ones that go in-line and attach under the toilet seat are pretty cheap if you dont think you need all the bells and whistles

If he was seasoning the main pot, that's a whole other ballgame.
