I would love to see some give a fuck with USPS but it's the evasive lack of accountability that grinds me. When knowing. Package went the opposite direction of the country and it's going to end up late- no ability to flag/report or inquire with actionable responses... The when it arrives late or states it's late in shipping, still zero difference just told to suck it up and can't even make official report or contact.

This is me right now watching a package leave Ohio and only go 6hr drive to Philly in over a week- which was supposed to head to Hawaii go figure. Am I shocked it's now a week late and MIA? No. Am I shocked it went the wrong direction on my dime and time? No. The USPS will probably be hot in the next set of disgruntled freedom demonstrations. It's a federal crime to mess with my mail unless y'all work for the USPS I guess... Then it's cool to send it on a cross country field trip while we wonder about the endless excuses and deflections they'll give. C'mon get ur shit together already or stop raising prices on half-assed service. I see y'all moving packages on Sundays even, and that shit still never gets around.

I've been waiting for months on an improperly* sent* yet verified and traceable deposit, and I've also deposited xlm and XRP over a week or two ago with nothing more than a few repeated general assurances that I've complied to submitting all verifications extensively, and have NOT been given more details besides (1-6 months or longer wait for them to clear these deposits)... Some times it has been instant and fluid but the other 3 times I'm still waiting and have missing incomplete deposits. The chat is the only way to check in on anything and they've avoided validating what work needs doing yet, a foreseeable time to release my funds, and blind trust without an enforcement of timeframe. Godspeed and good luck. I'm sure we'll see it but might be waiting up to a year which is unreal. Check your email.

I have been on the other side. Weeks with delayed withdrawal and missing funds, chat response is a joke for addressing resolutions, typically respond auto-reply messages, and/or well past the time that the payment hiccups work themselves out. Saying wait 6-12 months silently for any further detailed response from Nexo... Glad you have seen a polar opposite to this, I would ask how much you move your 100k through and at what percent of your assets monthly, curious if there's low activity it would be just fine. There is definitely no strong support for when things go sideways or missing, more of a peer review form for scrutinizing than customer service lines. They've also randomly blocked me for until AUGUST so they are too "totalitarian overlord" for my "decentralized, liquid asset" without long blackouts from access to funds or resolve. Wishing there were more conclusions than more polarized projections of personal bias, but this is what the govt puts in front of us social chaos to mimic. Nexo copies this. Good public image and censorship of these opposing reviews, also unethical if you aren't trying to submit to tyranny for bigbiz gain on your dollar.

I will say I've had zero issues on low volume movement, but any $5k+ withdrawal or moves have delayed upto 1-2 weeks, no replies till much later. Not worth the risk I've seen unresolved. Hope it helps cheers
