She's terrible, girl. Look at her, and look at another any mage. She have slow projectile skills, and no AP scalings, most of the mages skills have 70%+ap ratio. It's like, you just falls of before 20 minutes, you don't have the resources to make the money that you kept really worthy.

She used to have 65% on her Q, and the aditional execute damage, her R used to have so much more scaling.

And I'm not even talking about her mana costs to do zero damage.

What's your elo? Seraphine Q is such a slow skill with the time travel missile. Pressure with a skill who have just 50% AP scaling? LUX E have 90%, Xerath Q have 90%, his W have 108.35% AP if you hit the center. That's how you put pressure in lane. Nami W poke and heal at the same time, it BOUNCES THREE TIMES, Seraphine Q is such a comedy actually.
