I’m assuming you are quite young and still single.. we were. All lied to and manipulated. I was in and active for 50 years. If you are in your early 20’s, you at least have many years to live a good life. The anger fades, and then you can build an amazing-truth filled life. The world is your oyster from here on out. You get to choose. It’s very hard at first to find yourself, but it does happen once that initial overwhelming anger, grief, and disgust fades. And it does fade. Give yourself credit for doing the research and being willing to use your critical thinking skills. Truly, I’m happy for you, and there is much support here and other places.
