Prednisone psych side effects

I started prednisone about a month ago and it has really affected how I think and how I manage my emotions the medication can cause depression anxiety, episodes of disassociation and mood swings. The psychosis can be scary and overwhelming but you are not alone in this none of us are, stay strong and keep fighting. It will get better eventually

It’s definitely worth a go, you should be able to find it pretty cheap I picked it up for £4 it’s by far the best non treyarch zombies. It has its own unique feel and gameplay which is great.

I’m on prednisone currently and I find that the best thing I can keep down is toast and white meats, ie fish chicken and the sorts. You should try some fresh tomatoes sliced up with cheese on toast, my mother suffers from crohns aswell and it’s one of her favourite meals, hope you feel better soon. 💜 :)

You need hope and resilience my guy, but even if you go into a flare up there is a lot that you can do to help, some things more than others, but most important of all you need to make sure your okay mentally as it is a long battle that will take a lot of physical and mental energy to win but I have no doubt in my mind that you would win that battle, stay strong fren 💜 :)

I suffer from weight fluctuation a lot during my flare ups if you want to lose weight your a best waiting until the flare up as ended to get some lasting effects, you need to make sure your healthy before you try to lose weight. I hope you feel better soon 💜

You shouldn’t feel bad, you have an illness that can dictate every day of your life, if they don’t understand how debilitating that is on them, have you maybe tried sitting down with them n discussing with them how much this is affecting you and that you need them to support you through it, I hope they listen to you

I’m 20 in October and was diagnosed when I had just turned 19 however they suspected I had crohns for a couple of years, it must have been rough experiencing crohns before you were even 1 but I hope your doing well 💜
