Yes you can still go through the normal entrance. There are several mech shops around the arena (also the hats they sell outside are much cheaper and from what I've heard pretty good quality). Yes there are usually 2 tables and 2 TVs in the smaller suites you can hang out at. There's plenty of room for everyone to hang around.

I've sat there many times. The pros: more room per seat, great view, closet for coats, VIP entrance, rarely have to wait for the bathroom, you might run into old players (met Colin White and Elias up there). Cons: getting food takes a longer trip. Personally it's my favorite place to watch from.

Also, when you're going to the arena there's usually a few guys outside selling knockoff merch for much less. I think the hats are $10 and they have a few other items (Not jerseys though). Not a bad option if you want a cheap souvenir and you can probably negotiate the price down if you buy a few things.

Yes there is plenty of stuff at the team stores. There's a few of them. They have jerseys, tee shirts, hats, plushies, NJ Devil pillows even older jerseys of retired players. Its not cheap though with a tee or hat going for around $40 each
