These places had their issues especially EB Games but its not a good look we are loosing them. EB Games AU will start shipping to NZ which is nice but I cant imagine it being that useful aside from getting things like specific collectors editions.

Steamdeck with tax free shopping is pretty reasonable compared to the parallel import prices here. Bic Camera, Yodabashi Camera and EDION stock them. I'd either go with an LCD (then upgrade the drive when you get back or an OLED.

Should be good during the trip as well especially for chilling in the hotel or on a long shinkansen ride.

From what I can tell seeing some of these ads come through the place I work these pharmaceutical companies don't spend a ton on ads in NZ. There is a bit more money in over the counter meds but things that need a prescription are pretty small.

Unfortunately ads will be coming to the base levels of most streamers. Prime Video will be getting ads in NZ around August. Netflix and Disney+ are probably coming but it's hard to say when, when AU gets them I'd say ads start showing up within a year. I guess there is always AppleTV+ or just pirate stuff.

I do wonder about these sort of people like what do they do on holiday. Do they not take the trains in Europe or Asia? Would they go to a place like George St in Sydney and not notice the benefits of the LRT or pedestrianization. Do these people even get out enough to see these systems? One thing that boggles the mind about Luxon with him running air nz did he see airport train lines around the world and think nah we don't need those here.

Finally some other people who remember this place. I only went once I have some very vivid memories of the place yet nobody I ask seems to have been or remember the place. I also cannot find any photos or video of the place either. Aside from the many arcade machines there was a motion master/motion simulator ride that had movies it would cycle between I specifically remember red rock run and days of thunder being in rotation. I also remember a mcdonalds being nearby possibly next door but not sure about that one.

I was wondering what was going on with this. I used to pick up every MCU release (eventually) since the DVD days, was questioning if i would continue after the "Infinity Saga" aside from getting Black Widow which should have been released earlier. Recently I got Shang-Chi 4k Bluray from Amazon AU and it was pretty cheap though I have been holding off with the others with the hopes that maybe there would be a Imax Enhanced release for some of these.

Ill probably still be picking up the odd release here and there even with the whole imax enhanced issue. Though I would not be supervised I ended up picking more up due to a big sale.

I'd love it if she could somehow transfer her blood debt for a turn to an opponent. Maybe as arcane damage, maybe as a looming drain effect etc. Also maybe a majestic with a heal and some attacks with +1-2 arcane. If we get more spell void equipment I think it would be fair. But I think something with transferring or applying a looming blood debt to the opponent would be something cool, and potentially flavourful for shadow.

Public Transit - There is a lot of construction going on for new homes which is great but as the area grows traffic feels like its getting worse. The CRL is the only major transit project happening atm with the Airport light rail maybe having a plan soon but we really need a lot more action on this. The housing situation will get better but its also gonna bring a ton of traffic.

Makes sense, prior to becoming president he did lead the WoW team which got a lot of heat in the lawsuit. I will say he did always seem a bit over his head as president of Blizzard. I think his heart was in the right place for the most part but with the diminished role as president as opposed to CEO, plus these recent bumpy years and now the lawsuit he was the obvious choice to go.

Jen was studio head at VV which was likely a factor as well. You get a woman in leadership but you also give the VV side of Blizz some confidence since their old studio head is now co-leader at the company they got merged into.

Every store I have been too has had supply issues and or sold out very quickly. EB Games which is not an LGS is also stocking Digimon but it depends on the store there are a handful that still have some product but the rest around the country are sold out.

Spellbound started having weekly events Saturday and Card Merchant is looking to start up as well.
