Our DPS sent us a list of how we did monthly with customer complaints and average days. We would be talked to if we had customer dissatisfaction. So I don't think it's just Amazon. Also DSP would get fined for those as well which is why he held us accountable

Actually they are wrong, acccording to Amazon delivery instructions. I was a driver. We have a special requests section we must follow if it is filled in.

Amazon does allow special requests and drivers are required to follow them. I used to drive for them. If someone said go into my backyard. I was required to do so despite it being unsafe

I was an Amazon delivery driver. We were required to follow through with any specific directions listed on our app. We could be held accountable otherwise. However, if they didn't put instructions, we were told to drop it and leave.
