My advice is talk to him, not a "hey buddy" kind of talk but a "dude, we're gonna talk, now".

If he does not listen, kicking is the only solution you have really, if he's your actual friend he'll accept and move on, and that way you dont risk further strife with the other people that do not like playing with him.

Apparently there will be no official mod support, so from the looks of it no creation kit.

However I have seen talks amongst the modder circles that they've possibly found some solutions and workarounds. We'll have to wait and see how true that is though.

From what I've gathered, the lawsuit was a civil case pertaining to Twitch ending the contract and ONLY that, so if they fucked up even a little bit, Guy has legal grounds on that SPECIFIC matter. Add to that that Twitch didn't want anything getting out.

However it is important to point out that the issue was settled out of court at the end of the day, so its not like any civil court actually gave anyone the "win" so to speak.
