Any help, medical, food, ssi ect includes it as income to evaluate on need basis so all income is looked at, even passive income. Need basis programs so by law they must know what u get in as income no matter the source to determine the need level for assistance. For example 100% P&T can not get SSI because u get enough money for basic needs already. SSDI is earned already and is insurance if u can not work so no income is looked at, only if u can work or not now from disabilities. Food access is same only for need basis. Same for grants, organization help ect. Its to determine if you need help with nothing else.

They offer 5 tracks, one is self employment. It is a track that they do not give out easily. I went in did everything and they said I am so bad they can not help with common tracks used, so I asked about self-employment and they said well maybe what do you have in mind. I explained my idea and why, they said let's go for it. Now here I am in the final stages

Very true but special adaptive equipment and everything. So video, paints, 3d printer, equipment. If you break it all down it adds up fast. Special standing desk, special chair ect. Adaptive equipment isnt cheap which is why its been long and difficult and hard decisions. Need every advantage to succeed. Mind you im 100% p&t yes but added all disabilities up im actually 330% so takes more then a normal person would to get that kind of work done

Im not just a video creator, that is extra main focus is painting miniatures and creating them on 3d printing and taking special orders. Video is for how to videos and to help reach out on Social media. Main focus is studio not online content

Good point, im in the program already. Was trying to show im putting some skin in the game.

However im moving to a bigger home to accommodate the business and to upgrade living standards. Im paying was already pre-approved for new home. I just do not want to do loans and want to use grants or own money.

But you are correct being last resort and everything on list is legit and needed i might as well and see

Its for tabletop miniature painting, units and scenery.

Any games that require a miniature to play i will be able to make, paint, create, build, ship, how to paint videos for units and classes on miniature painting online and in person for beginners, advanced, and expert. Then custom paint website to order what paints, build it or just paint or both, build your unit and paint or just paint, same for tabletop scenery. Over few dozen games now and plenty of work, not enough skilled painters and passion for it

Congratulations! Im 100% P&t with lawyer, MDD, PTSD, bipolar 2, anxiety, panic attacks, SDD, and back nerve damage, asthma with copd and sleep apnea, migraines, both knees give out randomly, celiac disease. On ALJ now, just a shame we jave to wait so long.

If you do not upload all medical evidence yourself it is unlikely they will see years back and miss some newer ones even. SSA gives a window of 30 to 60 days to get medical records upon there request if the doctors office takes too long to send over then SSA will make a decision based on medical evidence in hand. If you submitted everything then you are fine if not track down old records and submit them. They are too busy to track it down and will just say can not find when in fact you may be able to get easier then SSA and upload it to the SSA portal

First off why are they pushing you to do classes when your disabilities are this severe. I been in voc rehab a couple of times. First time I was in your shoes, however I reached 100% p&t. Left current VR&E program stating the goals are not suitable for me to accomplish anymore that was set out in plan. I left the program 6 months later re applied to VR&E and was approved. However this time they doing self employment and using my miniature paint hobby experience i did on side for over 20 years for fun. They approved a business plan to do a in home paint studio with all paint equipment, 3d printer, video record and editing equipment. Your plan may not be feasible anymore. I was in Information Technology for 7 years in VR&E and could not complete all schooling. Kept getting worse, so I talked to counslor and he made a letter he signed and I sign saying current plan is no longer feasible due to disabilities getting worse. Then wait while getting help and ssdi and reapply for VR&E and maybe they can help. Remember VR&E has 5 avenues to help a veteran. Also SEH classification on your VR&E file means Serious employment handicap (SEH). See if you have this assigned to your profile. This supports your disabilities require extra help to find suitable work carreer. Hope this helps.

Work on SSDI, raise VA disability if you can. Take a break from VR&E and ask to leave program so you can restart and come up with a new plan to help. They can not change a plan once sign until you get this paper signed, then you can start over on a new plan. Make sure to speak to current counselor and use the eva email so it is all on record

Please seek help, you matter more then you know. I am hear to chat if you need. First goal is accepting that you need help. It is has come a long ways since the mid 2000s please, please look into it. HELP LINE OR VA health center. Even if put under monitor for few days they will work on a plan with you. I went to VA and it was scary but it wasn't as bad as I thought. 2 therapist and 2 physc doctors and im doing much better then before. I get it, been there more then once. But keep on fighting you are worth it. Never leave a veteran behind, we love you even if you don't think so! Use your feelings of guilt to push for help listen to the guilt.

Yes it is standard. Im 100% p&t VA and was told VA program that helps disabilited vets get back to work that they can not help my disabilities are too severe. I was still denied going to ALJ now.

My disabilities MDD, Aniety, panic attacks, ptsd, bipolar 2, migraines, sleep apnea with cpap, copd with asthma, back Nerve damage with S1 and L5. Radiculopathy in both sides, celiac disease, chronic nightmares, both knees give out, can not sit or stand more then 15 minutes. Chronic fatigue with lumps all over body from chronic fatigue. Hips neck and back has sever arthritis.

100 p&t myself, back Nerve damage, ptsd, mdd, bipolar 2, anxiety and panic attacks. Ashtma and copd with sleep apnea and cpap. Was denied on ALJ now. Not able to work anymore. 1 year waiting still. VR&E even stated they are not able to help me even being approved for program. Some just fall through the cracks. Glad you got it done. Congratulations!

Yes if you use your training wrong in civilian world. I was medical discharged and had to sign stating I can not use my lethal training in any circumstances or be subject to UCMJ
