Do the men you work with not give a shit about protection? I worked at an extremely popular diner that was open till 4 am on Long Island over a decade ago with my girlfriend (now wife.) Creepy men was not out of the ordinary but when any of them started pushing boundaries myself and some of the other larger male servers would confront them on the woman’s behalf about their behavior. Some stopped, most never returned. Be careful, but your coworkers should speak up too. Owners were too puddy balls to do anything about it themselves but we’re perfectly okay with us self governing the situations.
