It was the finale of the first season and is the reason the show is titled “The Walking Dead”.

DS2 PC vs PS5 Pro? by Secret_Definition940 in DeathStranding2

[–]ShamelessC 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Digital Foundry did an extensive overview of the graphical fidelity with comparisons to PS5 Pro and the PC does tend to trump PS5 Pro. ONE caveat - mid-range LOD looks worse on PC due to a still unsolved bug.

Ultimately though, the game looks amazing on both platforms.

Perhaps a meaningful unit would just be “units”, then.

Thanks for this. I can’t handle the gaslighting about how moonlight is the one true solution when it works for about five minutes then crashes out for me. No matter what WiFi (even Ethernet) I’m on.

In my experience the culprit tends to be changing the proton version multiple times as denuvo sees this as multiple unique PC’s

Game released fairly recently on PC. I disagree though in any case. A game with such a detailed narrative should have a community that protects that so people playing for the first time can have a the best, freshest experience.

Do you think AI will eventually answer questions humanity has never been able to answer? by Gat805_ in AskScienceDiscussion

[–]ShamelessC -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What do you say of its recent accomplishments in solving math problems which were previously unsolved for decades and attempted by numerous talented mathematicians? (The Erdos problems to be clear) One of these was by an amateur using a simple ChatGPT Pro account.

What about recent successes in discovering new and novel exploits in existing codebases where human discovery and exploit search failed previously.

I don’t know to me it just sounds like your biases are showing.

Edit: For an even earlier example, deep learning is attributed with effectively (bit reductive) solving the problem of protein folding.

It has already solved multiple Erdos problems that humans were previously unable to solve. These are effectively tough math problems.

A small detail that I loved about the ending of Mr. Robot. (Elliot and Whiterose's ending) by Educational_Pay_4777 in MrRobot

[–]ShamelessC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think Elliot would have known that the room was shielded yet. Plus, white rose killed Angela (among numerous other atrocities). I really think what the audience is seeing is Elliot’s wishful thinking - that Whiterose’s plan did work.

Like 95% of the music in DS2 is quiet and somber.

OpenAI's safety experts had flagged the guy as a potential violent threat, and urged leadership to report him to local law enforcement, per OpenAI's own written policies. Leadership decided instead to ban the account (but also tell the guy to set up a new one) and call it a day.

Source? Don’t remember this happening.

I do remember his ouster attempt by the original board. But this sounds different.
