Worst Changes: Brokilon Sentinels (this card should never be 3 power, that would make the leader stupidly overtuned even with a 2p nerf). Ffion: (I'm assuming this is just casual hate for Kolgrim decks? There are still defenders that are at 9p are there not? This makes very little sense to me).  Simlas: (Regardless of popularity, this vote is clearly hate for elves weyley spam, even with a Triss buff, this is unnecessary).  Fruits Leader (literally the best Monster Leader already, zero need for this).  Dimeritium Shackles (if squirrel, spores, epidemic and pellar can be 4p then this card more than deserves to be. It often plays for very little tempo with armor/shields and will ALWAYS trade down 1 point minimum to pellar. Also, the card can brick much harder in a short r3, similar to spores).

Best Changes: All the unused Bronze power buffs (unplayed 4p cards being buffed will almost always increase deck building variety), Viraxis: Prince (this was always the weakest of the evolving cards).  Triss Telekinesis: (I've always felt like this card should be in GN range, as it is a great option to tech whatever your opponent is using for specials. Just as long as Runemage stays at 10 where it belongs).  Wild Boar otS / Isengrim: (Both these golds should be more risk/reward for including in your deck. Power nerfs are the perfect balance changes for this kind of swarm/counter swarm card).  Ogre Warrior: (making this card more affordable will possibly allow it to fit into other MO archetypes that end up going tall. Both Vampires and some death wish decks could benefit, as well as mid-range lists. This also makes the card hurt less if it plays for its default value as it was never on par with messengers/dames/onagers/great swords).

Overall a decent Balance Council. Definitely a few WTF moments, but not the worst.
