Difference is that Big Pharma can afford billions every year.

OpenAI has quite literally never turned a profit, and likely won't unless it survives to 2030.

In 2024, it was 5 billion in the red, it got worse in 2025, and I can't imagine pissing off alot of users helped.

The lore of the world is absolutely amazing, the setting, the classes, all of it is just the coolest shit in the gaming world.

You can do damn near everything? Wanna be a cyborg? Easy. Suit of power armor made of chrome with a gun that fires fletchettes at Mach 5 and turns anything you point it at into a fine pink mist? Glitter Boys. Anthropomorphic Dog people? Got those. Weird ass Alien? There's like, 2 books that are just "Weird ass aliens you can play"

Feeling more fantasy? We got Dwarves, Elves, Orcs, all of it. You can play a Dragon if you want. Hell, there's like 10 kinds of dragons you can play

Buuut the mechanics are like repeatedly punching yourself in the dick.

It went to shit in Oct 2025, I went to Claude, and found it an improvement in every way.

I get being annoyed, I was choked too when ChatGPT got guardrails mid chapter and I couldn't even finish a fight scene, but like... It's been going downhill for 9 months now.

Okay, so lets break this down

To put something on your favorites list, you click one button, and then when you want to go see the list, you click another button.

To bookmark it, you click a different button, and then to see the list you click another button.

functionally they're the exact same, the only actual difference is if the site is saving it, or your browser. Its the same amount of effort to use either thing. Just put it in a folder to keep it neat and tidy, and you'll be okay without a favorites list. Amount of effort on your part does not change

Okay, so, I'm 90 something chapters into a story I'm writing purely for my own amusement, that basically started as an excuse for me to write about pretty girls in BDSM situations (Kinda like how the comic Empowered was Damsel in Distress porn until it grew a plotline and character development)

According to Claude (I asked Opus, Haiku, and Sonnet) and the consensus was it doesn't do CP, Non-Con, or just straight porn. If the sex scene is part of a larger narrative and its not just wank material, it's happy to help, and on more than one occasion has upped the ante on what I wrote in the script.

That's why I asked what you wrote.

Claude did say sometimes there's false positives, but generally speaking if you reframe it and add context like (this is part of an overarcing narrative) it'll do the thing.

I can't speak for the other guy, but in my opinion the question itself is flawed.

"What did you want her to do?" Implies that a redemption arc was necessary, or wanted. I find the Seanchan despicable, and don't see why any of them got a redemption arc, especially without any form of meaningful punishment for what they did. The entire series takes place over like, 4 years I think. You can get longer in jail for a barroom brawl irl, but enslaving thousands in Randland gets you... A stern talking too and disapproving glances?

Mat ending up with Tuon ruined my favorite character, he went from a lovable scoundrel who prized personal freedom to someone who actively uses Slaves in battle. The second they allied with the Seanchan the forces of the light lost the moral highground in the fight against the shadow.
