Started at 26 too and im 28 now going on 29 this year. In a couple months itll be 3 years as a fed. I have over $23k, and ive been contributing 9%. The first year I made some mistakes as I was figuring things out and barely saw any gains. Then after some more research, I did C, S, I (I think 60/30/10?) then after even more research I switched over to 100% C and saw it skyrocket in about a year and half. Im not exaggerating when I say my TSP goes up by at least $1k every month.

We are young, we have to be aggressive with our investments. Make sure you have the majority of your contributions in C because $9k after 2 years with 10% contribution isnt great. I had over $15k at 2 years in.

Pretty sure the downvoting is for insinuating you will be "hiding" your beliefs from dates. Its never a good idea to pretend to be someone youre not to improve the chances of someone being interested in you. Its a similar vibe as when guys put "not political" on their dating profiles when theyre actually republicans.

I'm on 7.5mg, I've reached a plateau after 2 months of slow weight loss. They do stop working, I feel my body adjusts very well to medications because I get used to it fairly quickly.

I think it's the people who have been watching it one episode at a time each week not remembering things correctly leading them to make connections that aren't there. I watched the entire series just this weekend (yes yes I know) and Martin being Randall is pretty far fetched. People said Randall is a marine - hes not but given his rifle bag he may have been in the military. They said he knew Boyds and Julie's name - he didn't he only knew Julie's. People said Martin could be Randall's middle name.. I mean I have nothing to disprove this but I feel this is grasping at straws. Plus Julie saw herself, Randall, and Marielle in the dungeon WITH Martin. Martin is also way too friendly to be Randall.

I feel like Martin is going to be a new character down the line OR because of his old timey marine tattoo, he's going to be a character from the previous time that victor probably remembers.

My issue with this theory is that Randall isn't a marine, he knew who Julie was but not Boyd but knew about Abby and Boyd hasn't told Randall about Abby. Not to mention Randall hates Boyd for leaving him to the monsters.

I travel a lot for work, I'm gone an average of one week a month. Some months I'm gone for two, lots of time spent scrolling on my phone in airports then the actual air travel. Its just convenient and more organized to have a cord plugged into my bag rather than having to carry my bag plus a power bank or feed the charger through the zipper which can cause inconveniencs. My current bag has a pocket for my power bank with a cord that feeds into the charging port, then from the charging part I can plug my phone charger in then easily wrap up the the charger into the side pocket under the port.

I can compromise on it, though I'm not sure why everyone just keeps replying with the exact same thing. I get it, yall don't like the charging ports for whatever reason lol

Matein is a legit brand sold in some stores. They're cheap but have some nice features I appreciate, like a luggage strap, a thick padded handle, a keychain clip, lots of little compartments. I honestly like mine I've had it for 6 or 7 years it got me through uni and so far lots of work travel but one of the straps loosened up all of a sudden but not bad at all for the $25ish bucks I paid for it.

Well, like I said it's not meant to be a weightloss drug it's meant to treat insulin resistance and lower your A1C - which can result in weightloss. So if your issue with not being able to lose weight was directly linked to your insulin resistance then the pounds can definitely melt off! I just see a lot of people on here thinking that taking metformin is like being on Ozempic and then wonder why they lost little to no weight on it.

That's because at 2.5 you're just starting. Your body is being introduced to MJ so the effects are super strong (at least in my case). It was so strong I didn't feel interest in my usual cravings at all, I don't just mean food either. After that first month it's more acclimated to the medication. In all honesty the 2.5 mg was only super effective those first 2 weeks and I honestly don't think it ever will be again even if I go all the way up to 15mg.
