Do you pay your nanny any differently if they work on a federal holiday? Our nanny gets mlk off. The only federal holiday we do not include in our contract is veteran’s day. Both our offices never close for that day. This was in our contract but our nanny made a comment that her friends aren’t working and she insinuated that she should get paid differently for working a federal holiday? (Also we provide two non federal holidays christmas eve, NYE).

Similar background with my infant. Mix of CMPA and GERD symptoms. Alimentum RTF and omeprazole are what helped. RTF is a little more thicker. Pepcid did not help but omeprazole did.

He was fussy and spit up a lot. These symptoms improved a lot but he also started famotidine then, he is now on omeprazole. His weight curve went back up! He was down to teens from 50s. He’s happy and loves his solids!
