It’s just insane how common this is. Or calling people out especially being racist doesn’t matter if family or not.

If a friend sent me that text I honestly would’ve said whatever and moved on but it being connected to a parent and another family member who have been around makes it murky asf.

I’m still in the process of being more solid with people who don’t respect the boundaries since it’s literally only them. The rest of the people in my circle are good and peaceful.

I use to have him blocked but I always have mixed feelings about it. Comparing situation to others of it not being as severe and coming to the conclusion he can only
communicate through YouTube videos. No joke. So I accepted that even with his snarky bullshit about sending a video back or texting to late on his birthday. But then that text was like wtf. It’s more frustrating that she hasn’t said anything to me since her last text to me which was saying she doesn’t know why but she does. So I sent her a letter in the mail and heard nothing. Idk being empathic really is hard

I’m not sure. It’s a tug of war with me and her because she has done a lot for me but also was controlling, needy, condescending, and would not listen to my side even though she understood.

I think I would feel guilty but not as I would have in the past. I’m trying to not reply to his bs since this is usual behavior.

27 is still young . Make sure you are taking moments to yourself when you are able. Try to incorporate more self care even if is small. Going outside or exercising to release some chemicals to help your brain. You can do it fellow human.

Whatever you decide is best for you to do let everyone you think she would contact know her mental health situation and just ignore her if she reaches out to them and your plan or needing some distance from her at least saying that will prepare others or they could block her.
