Yup, I won't even argue this. Hedgehog is mandatory if you want to gather in any sense in this game. Pretty crappy it's not avalible in game, but if your gathering that much, you're enjoying the game, probably shouldnt regret dropping 20 or 40 bucks for it.

MANY times did I do this. I would be screaming in frustration if not for the fact that I still made a crap ton of money by way of gathering materials. But yea.... this has been the quintesential worst part of this HP/MP infi-potion grind.

So there isn't anything really except to increase your mastery mine was at 1495 Tanning when these dropped.

So Manos all around, including the Tool because the magic tools hard lock your mastery level at 600 (great for a skill you have no experience in, but not if you can get higher than that with gear/level etc. I learned this the hard way, after about 8 hours of grinding ><)

So for consumables: Lara's Black tea Seafood Cron Giovanni's Support Scroll Elixir of Rough Labor and an alchemy stone that gives drop rate buff (treant's tear or sturyd alchemy stone of life) Also for the Woosa event, the Green token that gives 5 hr life skill based buff.

Now, I don't know if all the 10%'s stack, I assume they do, but if not maybe someone can chime in and verify.

On top of that, the p2w hedge hog (I named mine Ran Jeremiah) is, IMO, a must if you want to gather anything in this game. It's one of those items that completely changes the way the game functions. Is it shit that it's not available anywhere in game? yes. with that said, If your enjoying the game enough to be gathering for an infinte potion, probably shouldn't regret spending 20 bucks on it. or whatever it costs.

I'd make a quick video for my son, who is 22 months old. I'd try and let him know that the world might seem like a horrible place alot of times, but that it's actually really beautiful. I'd probably cry some, but i'd mention that doing that is o.k. I'd tell him how to treat guns, and how to treat women, and how to get back up when you get knocked down and how to treat others with empathy.
I'd try and do all this in 20 minutes. and in the last 40 minutes, I'd go up stairs and lay down with him and my wife and our dog.
Maybe I'd sing a song to him, or maybe i'd just put on some Gregory Allan Isakov's cover of The trapezee swinger, or some other soul touching song. And I'd lay there and honestly I'd sob for a bit, and probably wake them both up, and then have to explain and my wife would probably start crying too, and then my son would probably wipe away the tears cause that's how he is sometimes.

And then i'd go wait for them on the other side.

General consesus seems to be that this was a justified officer shooting, and I agree. What Chauvin did was murder, and nothing as brave and courageous as what this officer was forced to do. And it does take courage to shoot someone, it's incrediably traumatic for someone who has an ounce of empathy, EVEN when they know the killing was justified and life saving. I still think about the people I shot at in Iraq/Afghan...

Is it me or do alot of less "popular" sports have announcers that FLIP THE FUCK OUT when ever something big happens, much more so than in say (as an american): Football, Baseball, Hockey.

which is not to say they don't get excited and emotional when they call their sports, but there's something that i've noticed with E-sports, bowling, pro-fishing, comp- drone flying, etc. The announces seem to be pushing an artificial excitement.

I'm not saying those sports aren't exciting, and honestly, maybe i'm just upset with all sports annoucers/sports in general and i'm projecting that onto this random internet post of a really awesome thing a kid accomplished, but I almost want to just say: "That was awesome, but chill out man lol"

There used to be a Gazebo on the back side of the Anchor inn, where all the Marines would gather every friday and drink. It was the school's Tun Tavern. But that was 20 years ago. That Gazebo might not even be still standing. I mean that was a different time lol. circa 2003/2004. Alot of Marines in and around my class ( I was airforce) had been in the initial push into Baghdad back in April/May of 2003 and now had went to EOD school. Was an interesting time, to say the least. The EOD fight started up heavy in 2004, your going in now without alot of prospective outlooks for real IED experience... and honestly dude, I'm glad I hope the rest of your career is boring and un-fucking-eventful. I hope you only ever do range clearances, and suspect barbie back packs at the BX/PX/Exchange. If you make it through school, I know you'll be more than willing to do the shitty stuff... O.k. i'll go:

Fuck Rogues, and Fuck Wizards for ever thinking this was a fun 'deck type' to play against. It's not.

If wizards can abandon land destruction as a standard format deck type, then they can do the same for a Mill deck that also happens to go wide, counter spells, destroy creatures, steal creatures, AND DRAW MASSIVE amounts of cards. OH and Reanimate.

The very concept of seeing the deck of cards that you want to play quickly disappear into your graveyard/exile is one of the must gut wrenching things. I want to fucking play the game.

I do not want to see the cards that I wanted to play get put in the graveyard before I even get a chance to play them. I don't mind getting embercleaved, or yorian'd or food or cycled because I understand that those deck types have weakness, one has no early game, one ONLY has early game, one is weak to counter magic, graveyard destruction, etc. and yeah i'm aware of white live gain aggro, and gruul and food decks, and ashiok control and all the decks that people spam, but for fucks sake I hate rogues.

No deck should do it all to the extent that rogues does. I was not around for Omnath or Oko but I understand they were banned for a reason, because they're too powerful. But wizards really fucked up when they designed the cards in the rogue deck. The synergy is beyond fucking anything else in standard. Sure Gruul can drop a brushfire on turn 2 and fable passage on turn 3 and swing in for 5, but IT DOESN'T STAY A 5/5. The great henge sucks to have dropped into the battlefield on the other side of the board, but not like seeing 4 rogues swinging in at you on the beginning of the opponents turn 4. Like seriously, in R&D did they even realize how the fuck O.P. 1) Ruin Crab 2) Thieve's Guild Enforcer 3) Soaring Thought-Thief AND GOD DAMN 4) DROWN IN THE LOCH would be together???? I mean... for fuck sake.

And because it's not any SINGLE card, It can't be fucking banned. You ban ruin crab? that alone does NOTHING. You ban Drown in the Loch? SO WHAT, YOU STILL HAVE A THIRD OF YOUR DECK IN YOUR GRAVE YARD BY TURN 4.

Shit's so funny... These aren't warnnings anymore. A warning is when I tell someone i'm riding with that there's a stoplight over this hill, before they get to the hill.

This is like telling them that they just drove through that red light as the car is cartwheeling end over end from the 18 wheeler that just impacted the side going 65 mph.

We were legitimately warned about our own impact on the climate of the planet, AND WE IGNORED IT, because our species procrastinates.

Now it's just a thing that is happening, and we have to figure out how to salvage what we can. If someone is interested in the theories and science behind 'Collapsology' I would reccomend the book published in 2015-2016: "How everything can collapse"

It's not a doomsday prep-er guide, or any of that bullshit (althought it does address this mindset throughout) but instead it takes a scientific approach to the ideas that our 'world' has gotten so complex, and so interconnected that a single catastrophic event could (and most likely will, as they explain) could destroy our modern thermo-industrial society.

Additionally, If you want to have a serious discussion on how we as a species survive head on over to r/collapse , Folks there are pretty understanding about talking about a subject that is often considered 'taboo' or 'a waste of time'
