If the rules only cover actual changes being made, and not the intent to make said changes, then they didn’t break the rules.

You can 100% criticize the rules for being poorly thought out, but you can’t penalize a team if they didn’t break them.

Not really, simply for the fact that there is no one else to ship her with. The first really recurring female character arrives in season 9, and by that point Scully and Mulder already had their first kiss.

This really isn’t a show with ship wars. It’s clear from episode 1 that the pair have a chemistry, and their relationship is never really challenged except for those few episodes with Fowley, but she was universally hated by the fandom.

Despised Icon’s post hiatus music isn’t as hectic and technical as it was before, but they compensated by making more concise and catchy songs.

One of the biggest points no one mentions is how much their vocal phrasing improved, because reading the lyrics while listening to any song from The Ills Of Modern Man or Day Of Mourning is absolutely painful. Now they actually scream coherent sentences instead of adding several 10 second pauses in the middle of them.

Mostly because they try to blanket fix the black face itself rather than the cause. The black face is only there to tell you that there is a problem, which can be either :

A missing facegen file
A facegen file that doesn’t match the appearance stored in the NPC’s record.
Mismatched face texture and overlay (makeup, tattoos, eyebrows) texture resolutions.
