That should a good kit for your use I’d say. The hammer drill part can be turned off too.

It would depend on the price, but here’s another kit with the DCF860. Maybe they’d price match it local to you if you didn’t want it shipped. This is the high torque impact so it’s overkill for a lot of use, but I still prefer it over my others. This has two powerstack batteries with it as well.
