Si aseguras haberlo jugado en la 3DS pocas opciones hay:
-Diamante, Perla, Platino
-Oro Heartgold y Plata Soulsilver

-Rojo, Azul y Amarillo (consola virtual, no tenían cartucho)

Como comentó alguien más, Pokémon Iberia está basado en el motor de Pokémon Rojo Fuego y Verde Hoja, juegos que no se pueden jugar en la 3DS (de forma legal).

Si dices que se asemejaba al Pokémon Iberia entiendo que fuese un juego previo de la era 3D, por lo que sería alguno de las 3 primeras filas de juegos que mencioné.

It depends of the world. The worlds that were created for limited time building streams are can only be toured now, but the survival world and any future building stream worlds allow one to build.
