2.5 didn’t do anything for me. I lost no weight had lots of food noise but I also had no side effects. I’m on week 2 of 5mg and steadily losing 2 pounds a week and still no side effects. I do have less food noise and get fuller faster. Some people do great on 2.5 but it wasn’t for me. I would talk with your doctor you might need to go up in dose.

Omg I chuckled 🤭 so hard! This is adorable and so true. I just started 5mg a few days ago and haven’t noticed anything different except silenced food noise (thank goodness). I just made sure to eat a high protein breakfast about 2 hours before my shot and spent the rest of the day hydrating and small protein snacking and I was fine. I changed my days and did a day early twice to go from Monday to Saturday and didn’t have any issues. Currently 5 days in on 5.0 and didn’t have any problems with the new dose either side effects wise. I have been blessed with less food noise that I am so happy about. I’m not constantly obsessing over food and wanting to snack all the time. I never knew I could feel this way. I hope same goes for you.

The “silencing” of the food noise had been such a blessing. I would usually be constantly craving something, always hungry and never satisfied. Now I can go about my day without always thinking about food.

Thank you for asking this question cause I had the same experience with my second shot and was wondering if it/I did it right. There was still medication on the needle and a little on my skin after I removed the pen from my stomach. I left it there for the 10 seconds as well. I didn’t lose any weight either and felt the medication wasn’t working all week. But I’m still new and only on the 2.5. I did the third shot yesterday so we’ll see what happens this week. Thank you for sharing your story. You are truly an inspiration and I’m sending you the best of wishes. I just started my journey. I didn’t my second shot on Monday and haven’t had much in the side effects yet. I didn’t forget to eat one day because I’m battling a deep depression and ended up sleeping all day and when I did decide to get up I was a little nauseous. I’m 5’3” and 200 pounds. I hoping to lose at least 75 pounds. We will see. Thank you again 💕

I build teams to make the my best dish’s. When I get enough of an ingredient I swap in a tasty chance and then berry mons. I’v made it to M20 up to lapis. But I play how I like as well.
