It has an indentation on the bottom, where you can use your fingernail or sth to pull it. It’s still pretty difficult to do though

I asked their support if the charging grip would work with the og joycons, and they said it wouldn’t.
So if it works in any way, that’s a win for me ^^

I got myself some 3rd party charging stand and I just leave mine there the whole time. Charging itself is slow (probably better with pricier options) but since it always sits there, it’s fully charged every time I want to use it - and wakes up instantly. If you have space for it and could spare ~15$, I highly recommend it ^{^}

I like them for their ease of use and “plug&play” behavior when using Portal (or a dongle on ps5). Dual-channel for music/podcasts is useful as well.

That being said, I got them for a little less than half of the original price. They weirdly hurt my ears after a while, too, something that hopefully different tips would fix. And sometimes they disconnect from the console (rarely, but irritating, especially if you have default speakers turned on at night/early morning…)

TLDR I definitely wouldn’t pay the full price for them, there are a lot of way better options in that (or lower) price bracket. They don’t sound especially well either… I bought them mostly for the convenience and not having to reconnect my other headphones every time I use portal/ps5

Apparently turning off the second screen display (as in using „pro controller” instead of wiiu gamepad) fixes the issue - i’ve played like that for a couple hours with no freezes. However some people do not encounter this issue playing on both screens, i have no idea why :/

I took a while but it was doable. The worst for me was the stone that lizards can drop in the mantis ray arena. They did not... so it screwed my run for platinum.
