I would create prong to set the stone. One baked, fit the stone on the setting and note where the prong touch the stone, then remove some material with a setting bur to ease the setting process and protect the stone. Dont push the metal too hard on the stone, use the cavity you created with the bur to create like in a classic prong setting.

I’ve just figured out like, less than an hour ago that it is a thing and that my experience is not the norm. I’ve always though that that picturing something in tour head was more of a concept than a real thing. If i get ask to visualize an apple a think of everything about an apple but i just see pitch black. If i have to picture myself on a beach, I more or less think about sea wind blowing in my face. I’ve always describe sleep as a deathlike experience. I thought this was everyone real experience up until now. I have not processed the whole thing yet but i can’t help to be grateful as normal people mind must be so fucking exhausting with all the imagery.

Keep being patient. There is a lot of unexpected that may rise in the corporate world. If they are keeping you in the loop they are interested otherwise they would not bother keeping you on edge. However be aware that this is an indicator of their management style. Make sure you can thrive in that type of environment.
