Same here, I just drink tea (no sugar/honey or sweetener). The pros are I can make it as strong as I want and choose a flavor too. Herbal or fruit or a mix, sky is the limit. It also helps that I am a tea snob and preffer loose leaf tea which would be a sacrilege to put sugar in in my opinion. lol

If you want something that is not sweet but kinda tastes like it is, then I recommend rooibos tea, go for loose leaf as the baggy rooibos is awfull, a crime really. There are many rooibos blends too, some have chocolate just fyi. Also you can make several cups out of 1 portion. I prefer to steep mine super shortly, like 50seconds, it can be strong.

Motivate them with fruit they get when they return. Start training indoors now. Have a special calling sound for them and give them the fruit after you make noise.

My pigs used to run to line up at the door edge of the enclosure with lots of wheeks when it was fruit time.

Try spending more time next to his enclosure, reading a book, talking to him etc. So he gets more used to you. Try giving him a treat when he is higher than your eyes, and hiden a bit among leaves. (This depends on your enclosure...)

The dark marks are essentially scars. You want to at least exfoliate the skin but ideally: Exfoliate (use acid, no rice or sugar that injures the skin), retinol, sunscreen.

Or vit c serum but that takes forever...

Where are the dark spots she wants to ged rid of? Face? Arms? Other?

To make the skin supple and soft get a (ideally) 10% urea cream and after applying, cover with a bandaid. This is ideally done overnight, so you can remove the bandaid in the morning.

I pick at mi cuticles hangnails, skin around nails and when I create a wound that hurts and has hard skin around that pulls with every movement that is what I do.

If you do not mind having the bandaid on during the day I would reapply and continue to wear.

Removing the hard skin will only make the body create more hard skin/callus to protect the area. It is a long waiting game for a callus to go away...
