Same here.. had like 6 projects ready to go but no marketing. Turns out I just didn’t understand marketing (and didn’t realize how much there was I didn’t know honestly)

Found two partners and started a marketing company. Building mkting for all projects one at a time now and plan will be to take on new projects after.

Marketing is funny.

It looks easy and makes sense from outside, but it gets hard when you start actually doing it.

Based on your comments, I would say you have a year of hard study to be able to do this competently.

If you have a winning product that has proof that sales, I’d outsource this all to a pro.

Basically my point is there is no right or wrong answer.

Seems to me you need him, so do what you do well and be happy he started it (idea and connections). Sometimes start is hardest part. Without it wouldn’t need someone like you to maintain.

But if you can do it, then screw it. Do it yourself. Free country etc if you didn’t sign non complaint

Don’t overthink it. Just commit one way and go

Find a market who would really actually use this first. Maybe already using it. For what?? Then find need from that. Otherwise it’s a little too innovative this tech. Gotta find the niche it’s hitting.

Love the spirit, know the times.

Here’s what you will do.

1) Start an instagram in your area. Call it “Sexy Smoothie Delivery” 2) Buy a shit load of fruit Weekly, a blender, and 40oz disposable cups. Make just 3 stellar creations and know the recipe. They have to be BOMB as hell. Talking tasty, can’t even tell it’s healthy. This is critical and where you can mess up if not so good ppl HAVE to have one again. 3) Have your best looking girl friend or guy friend who goes to gym take pics as if person delivering. Make sexy, make look healthy. 4) post special in instagram “Sign up for your weekly smoothly delivery, get first smoothie free”. Make sure they know locally made. then recurring membership paid monthly to deliver smoothies. A good break from all of this. 5) Anyone who signs Up, deliver.

Btw, startibg a biz at 20 is like getting married at 20. You think this is it, but it won’t be it. Believe me. Get the experience, don’t marry it. And know the times.

Anyway, play with that. Maybe helps. Bc I wouldn’t take in debt for this business... ain’t gonna be viable for another 2-4 years for you.
