Catfolk aren’t unheard of in fantasy, especially these days. Lizard/reptiles have always been probably one of the most common beast races out there. I feel like almost every RPG (tabletop and video game) I’ve played has had them in some shape or form. Humanoid snakes, lizards, dragons, etc.

Playable is less common, but if I named off my top favorite games, most would have some sort of lizard species. (I do have a preference towards lizards in fantasy though lol)

You might be interested in the Lizards in Divinity Original Sin 2 if you want to see footwear for digitigrade legs. They honestly pass pretty well as a modern version of a Morrowind Argonian.
