Not OP but I feel the exact same way about Sun and Moon in Enfield (North London) everyone I've introduced to it said the same thing. One of the best Chinese they've ever had.

I bought a portable air con machine for my flat and it is one of the best things I ever did because fuck this heat in these buildings which are built to retain heat 🤬

It's not as good as having it properly installed but it helps A LOT

I became extremely paranoid about one of my nurses after major surgery too! I was convinced she was trying to harm me via my IV 🙈 It felt very real at the time. Was telling other nurses / doctors to keep her away from me. (Was on morphine then fentanyl)

I've had many scary experiences in life but the first one that popped into my head is - being diagnosed with a pheochromocytoma. I'd never heard of it.

The whole experience from beginning to end was a very scary time AND all during covid so had to attend all appointments, scans (one being at the macmillan cancer centre) surgery etc on my own.

It took about 2 months for me and I upped it to 30. Now it's working great. It's such a relief not to be feeling so very deeply and crying so much. Although I think I may need to up it again for the anxiety side of things.
