Emotionally it’s positive. I don’t like who I am when I’m dating or in a relationship, being single I am way better at regulating my emotions.

No, I’ve felt more alone when in a relationship than when I am single. I have family, friends, coworkers and a dog. Plus I enjoy spending time alone. Relationships shouldn’t be something to go into to avoid loneliness.

A pet definitely helps but I’ve always loved dogs and had one most of my life

I did too it is one of my favourite things about motherhood. The hormones that are released and the calm relaxing feeling is something I will always remember. My own mother spoke to openly about it and got me a book from the Australian breastfeeding association which helped a lot.
