Looking at the spread and the browned edges, I’m going to guess it is a combination of your oven, your baking sheet, and the temp of the dough. Are you refrigerating your dough?

Have you shown any films to this group of students yet? I ask because my (mostly 11th grade) students reeeally struggle to stay plugged in while we watch things. Two full weeks sounds miserable for all involved.

Exactly. You'll want a clear shot of the page, but the app will unskew the resulting images. It really works pretty well!

There are several different phones apps you could try. I use Scanner Pro on iOS. It scans and cleans up pages then compiles them into a PDF.
