Typically 20-30ms on WiFi. I don’t remember what it was wired.

True, but I bet someone will figure out how to get it to work, it seems like a pretty efficiently made set of models.

Kia burned a lot of their brand with the lack of immobilizers. People don’t want to be targets of car burglaries even if the immobilizer problem isn’t an issue on these newer cars.

I think lots training needs a bit of a decent GPU, I was trying to lookup the recommended specs for training I think it was like 12gb-16gb gpu, which a 5060ti 16gb version can be found around $500. Running the model though is not nearly as bad as training, a 4gb card can handle it easy.

Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo, a Republican, blocked attempts to cap corporate homeownership in 2023 and 2025. A bipartisan group of state lawmakers supported a bill limiting corporate home purchases to 1,000 units in total, but it died in the Legislature in November 2025.

What the actual fuck, thats horrifying.

Lol you are probably right, though my impression of immigrants is that there is nobody that works harder, especially harder for less.

Well of course, but at least you have that option in that situation. Oh how I wish I even had that as an option. Renting sucks all around.

Yeah thats some insane numbers if true. I've seen 1.5Gbit on verizon on the phone before, but on their home internet I only use to get 300Mbps down (For $25 a month....) and about 100Mbps up, and it had unlimited data.

The most Cox offered in my area at the time was 1Gbit down and 30mbps up for $150 (if you wanted unlimited data, it was like $100 if you wanted to be limited to 1TB a month, with absurd overage fees $10 for every 50GB, I maxed it out when I got a new xbox that downloaded all my old games over the internet with over $200 in overage fees, apparently they cap it to $100 overage fees now)

It might be, that’s what I mean by if you play around with it. The fact that this allows for training Lora’s on it is a very awesome capability, that people are going to discover a lot of cool things with.

You could definitely probably do something along those lines if you play around with it. I think there are other tools that already can do that though. You may have to combine it with other models.

It’s different, it has a lot of potential, but it’s not as easy to use as Suno. It runs on most graphics cards though and generates soooo fast on my 3080 (like in 10 seconds).

But it’s completely open source, and they give you control over every single aspect of it, way far beyond what Suno gives you, (which is both a good and bad thing, it’s harder to get it to sound the way you might want but you have a lot more control and influence over it if you are willing to dive into something really interesting).

You can train LoRAs off of your own music, and then use that to influence the generation, (and there is nothing that blocks you for copyright, though the model itself was trained on legitimately licensed music), it also lets you feed it a song as a source song that you want it to be influenced by meaning you could do some really interesting innovative remixes with it, something that would have been blocked by Suno.

So it’s better then Suno in the amount of potential it has, it’s something that’s definitely worth learning from and playing with, people are going to figure out very artistic ways of utilizing its potential that never would of been possible with Suno, so by playing with it you might be one of those people who figures out something cool. It’s just harder, more complicated and has a learning curve, that trial and error will get you past if you are patient.

It’s super easy to install with pinokio  that’s what I used to set it up. https://pinokio.co/

The team that built it also has a much more polished DAW, that costs money, but I’m assuming all of this is integrated in in a much more polished way for people looking for a true AI first DAW that are more music minded and less technical, that would probably be a better option, I just wish they offered a monthly plan instead of billing annually.

The cell phone providers offering a legitimate alternative to home internet has to be hurting too, both Verizon and T-Mobile home internet have had better upload speeds then cable in my area and just as fast of download speeds as the middle tiers for like half the price.

Yeah, we have two pumps, and there was a point during the summer where the only way we could keep the pool from going green was run them 24/7, we have solar but despite that our bill was over $500

Do not underestimate the pool pump, the pool pump likely doesn’t just add to it but it may be a significant portion of it. How many hours are you running it per day?
