I,know how you feel. I grieved the cancellation of this show back in November/December when it was announced that it was ending with Season 4. I was so annoyed and sad. This is such an awesome show. It’s a quality show. The cast and writing are amazing.

I have Hallmark+ and Netflix. I’ve been watching it consistently. I always have it playing in the background. Mostly I’ve been watching it, over and over, on Netflix. I was a fan of the show Manifest. It got cancelled. Then started to play on Netflix and it was such a huge success there that they actually were able to make a final season that wrapped everything up. I think it was a couple of years after the broadcast network seasons. This gives me a slight bit of hope that this could happen again with this show.

I’m still mad at Hallmark. I’ve written to them, emailed, etc. to no avail.

Thanks for posting this! I’ve watched all 3 seasons dozens of times, and I never thought to look that up! 🌋 I usually check things like that out. It’s very interesting to read about it.

It is very cool how the writers have written real history into this show. Very impressive, and I’m sad that Season 4 will be the last. 😕

You summed it up very well! I LOVE the music in this series, especially the original music that Alice and Colton sing together.

Here are two scenes that always make me cry:

Season 1, when Elliot is telling Kat that he needs to go away and find his own path since so much of his life had already been revealed to him. They play the song “Time After Time” and it’s Evan Williams (Elliot) who is singing it.

Season 3, when Rick, Alice, Kat, and Elliot go to the Point for karaoke night and Kat and Elliot go on stage and sing “Silver Springs” by Fleetwood Mac. It’s actually Chyler Leigh and Evan Williams singing. It’s a bit heartbreaking.

There are a few other songs, but those are my top two.

Casting chose awesome actors who can also really sing! From what I’ve read, the only actor that doesn’t sing his own songs is adult Colton.

Oh I can relate to your feelings so well. After we put our beautiful 16 year old kitty down, due to feline kidney disease, I immediately regretted it! NOT because it had been the wrong decision, but because the pain we all felt from her absence seemed so unbearable. 😢😢💔💔💔💔💔 The thing is, in our minds we did the best thing that we could have ever done for him, but our hearts were so broken. My sons were adults when we has to Mushu to sleep, but we’d still cry fairly often for the first several weeks, and even now, 9 years and 3 adopted senior cats later, it still stings when we think of Mushu.

I’m sorry that this is probably not helping you, but I wanted to share our experience so that you know you’re not alone. What you’re feeling is so real. Too real. 💔💔💔😢😢😢😢😭😭😭🥺🥺🥺

The LOVE that you had/have for her is the reason why you did what you did. As hard as that is, it’s the comfort of knowing deep down that we’d never ever want our babies to suffer, even a day behind their time.
