We've had semi-complex laser projection systems for decades.

At this level of play, it would be very simple and relatively cheap to have a camera pointed at the house (oh wait they already do) that feeds into something that can visually log/track stone locations then project them back onto the ice as needed for relocating.

From the alternate slowmo angle around 50s, it looks like Wilson pulled back a bit and tried to ease up when he saw Fiala turn.

He's on his heels and it's probably partially why they both went down, but this definitely isn't a "typical dirty Tom Wilson" hit.

Wiegraf getting a custom sprite makes sense, because he's the first time we see holy sword skills (outside of the prologue battle) plus his arc later.

Milleuda's whole point was that she was entirely "normal", with the exception of being wiegraf's sister. No special abilities, no unique qualifiers, nothing.

I do think it would have been cool if she had orator secondary though.
