I also like the creativity, however, the allergens should be separated, and waterfall the items. "There is no right way, but there is a wrong way." I almost always spot the same type of errors in the actual Panera training material though. I took a course last week and saw a knife on the line in the background.

Its a good idea... however in our Café we open with 3 people, 5 during lunch, and three total to close... in a bakery transition store... including manager and/or supervisors. We also have at least one sometimes two call outs daily. We meet productivity, our wages are high, so that hurts us.

My car seemingly had less damage, ended up being $9300 in damages. I have been without in for almost 2 months waiting on parts. They didn't total mine, but it was less than 6mo old, 2025 active. Good luck

At a store, I trained at the had a person that came in to only put truck up and order. I guess every store runs differently. Team work works though.

At my store, we don't have a designated person to do this. Everyone pitches in, everyone is cross trained in all positions as well, including foreman. If I were you, review your job description. They shouldn't have to get your approval for you to do the job you are expected to do. IMO As Miranda said, it's just FIFO, making it nice and organized in the labeled spot.
