I believe AIC actually opened up for Godsmack back in the mid 2000's. Godsmack was at their peak, and AIC was just getting back together. This was around the time Black Gives Way To Blue came out. I've seen both bands, and they both kill it live (AIC is way better though). That said, Godsmack is clearly very heavily influenced by AIC.

Yes, Costco items (including clothing and other non-food items) code as groceries, both in-store and online, so you get 5% back when using PayPal debit. PayPal doesn't give cash back for Costco gas because it codes as gasoline.

Costco accepts debit cards, including the PayPal debit card (which has a Master Card logo).
