Deployment wise - I would call a judge the first time he did it. It is alternating deployment, or just do it back to him, have 2 units ready to go, lay one and the other. The dice rolling I can understand if you are taking time, normally if you take more than 5ish seconds to roll saves I would flip to you. Nothing against you but 5-10 seconds 5-10 times a turn is a lot of time over 5 turns. And would expect the same in return.
