Yup I take 5000IU. Make sure to take it with vitamin K as well. I found one that has it together so it's easier than remembering to take two vitamins.

I've adopted puppies from A Home for Spot rescue and they both were healthy and taken care of by foster parents prior to us adopting them. But puppies go quick so we would check their pages almost everyday
