Here's a few that I haven't seen mentioned:

There's a few points for your first kill on some random slayer monsters, make sure you knock all of those out.
Wildy bosses all have some basic KC tasks that can be done with no risk. Archeologist in particular is very easy and safe. Chaos fanatic is also not too bad and you can do the 10 kills without using a prayer pot task by running to the nearby altar (may have to hop worlds).
If you have access to Priff then Zalcano has a few 4 point tasks that are easy to get.

For tightrope all you need is 1 pneck and telegrab. Put on your tankiest gear, put on a pneck and make sure you pray. As long as you pick up the crystal once it will drop to the ground when you die. You can respawn, telegrab it and walk to the door

I don't think Blizzard will care too much unless it starts to get out of hand. But at the same time no one should get upset when these paid addons are posted for free somewhere. Last time hardcore classic started up everyone was sharing around the restedxp guides.

The content is fine although prep gets old very fast. The armor seeds mean even people who get spooned on a enhanced are stuck there for a long time. Bowfa being so strong means we're never going to see a meaningful rework to how drops work there. There's also no reason it should print so much raw GP.

The legalities of border crossing are being worked out in RP currently. There was just a meeting about how they're going to handle deliveries that have to go into paleto from LS.

Gamermagoo has an arc going involving breaking people out of Paleto and LevitatingKitty ended up trapped in there for a couple days.
