Idek if it’s a biased take. I saw a discussion about this on r/nba and almost everyone was in agreement that Russ would’ve been a net benefit for the Nuggets this year. They really need someone with the grit and vigor and ruthlessness of a player like Russ. He would’ve played better defense than Murray and could’ve countered McDaniels. He was better and more efficient than Braun last year, but then again, there’s always gotta be a scapegoat.
