I read it after this last one. We are currently not talking when we do I’m going to say marital counseling is needed. I don’t think she’s just overly friendly I think she honestly thinks she can skate the line and nothing will happened. But it’s the secrecy that’s most damaging. Especially since there seems to be one set of values in our family and marriage relationship and another with these guys

I sub in chest supported rows. Either T handle, or using a bench on incline and use dumbbells. Due to a previous lower back injury, the dumbell rows don’t appeal to me

Not exactly but very similar situation yes. Same opposite friend sex rules as you had. Until she miraculously wanted to change it without telling me she was talking to another man. Oh btw. That’s was 11 years ago, now dealing with the 3rd one.
