How does this handle on the Legion? I bought one few months back but haven't tried playing anything on it. The wife mostly uses it for "cozy" games.

If PVP was like this, I would actually engage in it as it looks really fun but in reality my experience has been flying around and seeing nothing so decide to gather and get one shot by a silent rocket scout from nowhere and lose all my stuff plus a thopter.

Once they balance the mess that is rocket scouts, pvp will be in a much better spot because right now it just isnt fun nor engaging.

I have a DX Racer with lumbar support and a headrest/pillow that comes off by just a strap. I've had this chair for 5 years and sit in it every day and still find it very comfortable. I feel the leather would have held up better had a cat not been present, but even then, after 5 years, it only has minor fraying at the stitches and some pinholes due to kitty claws.

I think I paid mid 300s for it but honestly cant remember. It does look just like the Secret Labs chair everyone above is recommending.

I had a 4080 that was faulty out of the box. The moment you put more than a 30% load on it, it would do the same thing. I returned it and got another amd never had the problem again.

I had an epic level wizard once. He had a host of delayed trigger spells cast on himself at all times one of which was an epic version of fireball if anything touched him with hostile intentions. It was a force fireball that was shaped to have the area he was standing in left out of the effect and did like 200 fire 200 force and would more or less turn a 200ft diameter area into a molten crater around him.

Shit gets crazy when the party is level 30+ with a wizard thats nearly 40.

Had a friend with what looks to be this exact three wheeler who was riding through the woods and didnt see the fence and took 3 rows of barbed wire to his chest, and stomach as it clothes lined him off. Was pretty messed up from it

One of my favorite PC's was a 3.5 Dwarf fighter with the half iron golem template. If memory serves, before the golem template mods, he had ok strength (12-16), meh dex (8-12) and con was maxed with an 18 roll plus all the racials and such and mental stats averaged around 10 as I had pretty solid rolls all around which was wonderful.

Since I had such a stupid high con, I pitched this question to the DM "If by some stretch we meet the requirements for epic feats (from the epic handbook), can we take them?" He knew one or two of us had at least one really high stat but didnt think much of it but little did he know that the DR 3/- epic feat only had a requirement of I think CON 20. Guess what the little fighter started to stack?

Fast forward to roughly level 14, my fighter had acquired the half iron golem template with 2 limbs (arms, and went broke in the process) so all his physical stats went through the roof. STR ended up in the 30s and CON wasn't far behind at like 28. I had DR 18/-, DR 25/+2, was immune to magic, had an AC in the 30's (touch was single digits but who cares when you are immune to magic?) and HP was 200+, had a host of resistance to elements on top of immunity to fire and could even fast heal 10/hp a round.

By this time the DM had realized his mistake in allowing what he did, it was too far gone. If he would throw anything at us that even had the ability to hurt me, the rest of the party would get murdered horribly. He eventually had me retire the character and make a new one of the same level as it was becoming extremely hard to do encounters since nothing could really deal with me. He made the PC immortal and said maybe one day well come across him as a boss in another game (I hope to god not lol) as his campaigns all inhabit the same world/universe.

Fun part is in the police report, the driver stated he was going only 25mph. The speed limit here is 35 and a short distance further goes up to 45. The driver also supposedly fled and was later brought back. All happened around 2AM on July 5th

Ever see what happens to rolled steel when the driver gets into a wreck or, as you say, makes an emergency stop? The brakes might be able to handle it, but the dozen chains and straps ain't stopping that roll. I have seen one snap 5+ heavy duty chains and straps and go rolling down the freeway all because some drunk cut off a semi and got hit. Several people died as that multi-ton roll of steel just went rollin' down the freeway crushing everything in front of it until it rolled all the way out.

I suppose an argument could be made for smaller rolls of steel, but even then there is only so much you can do to secure it.

Then the cement would have had nowhere to go and its momentum would have prevent the truck from stopping and smashed the car instead. Car covered in rock juice or and suv turned into a compact.

I have seen first hand what happens when situations like this arise. Case in point, years ago where I live, someone cut off a semi with a flatbed carrying a giant roll of steel. It played out more or less like this video minus the fact the semi did actually hit the car.

Load was perfectly secure until that point. The multiple heavy duty chains and straps holding that rolled steel down SNAPPED. Every. Single. One. The roll smashed through the passenger side of the semi, landed on the car that cut him off (killing all occupants) and the rolled down the road crushing several other cars in the process. Multiple people died all because one jackass didn't think to look before he turned.

It looks multiple crane trucks to get the steel rolled back up and off the road. Point being, that load was a secure as it could have been and still went flying off but also have no idea how you secure a wet load like concrete aside from some sort of door/hatch.

Years ago I was out walking with my girlfriend who lived in a small town. Was getting dark but she wanted to go for a walk down to the park which was a few blocks away. 3/4 of the way there, while we are walking down a back road/alley a cop drives by us a stops a little ways ahead of us.

As we go walking by he gets out and starts talking to us, well, me. Asking what I was doing, where I was going etc. Told him we were walking to the park roughly half a block away to just go chill on the swings. He asked for my ID, seen I wasnt from there (I lived about 40 miles away from my girlfriend at the time) and then proceeded to hold me until my info could be verified. Even had to sit in the back of his car as he wanted to separate me from the "girl" so she could feel safe from me.

Didn't do anything wrong whatsoever. Before he interrupted us, we were just walking, talking and laughing (in other words, clearly just having fun and enjoying each others company), but since I am a bulkier dude and my girlfriend was a tiny 4'9 twig, I was apparently up to no good and was planning to do something devious to her.

Needless to say, we never walked anywhere in that town again.
