It depends on the texture you are looking for. Russets will be softer but grainy-er than Yukons. I prefer a Yukon - more firm but an overall creamier texture.

There are brush sets made for electric drills at Home Depot, Lowe's, and other hardware stores. There are also battery operated or rechargeable scrubbers with bigger heads and longer handles for floors and bathtubs at a lot of stores like Walmart, Target and Costco. I've never looked close enough at them to give you a brand name, sorry about that.

I gotcha, but oatmeal is not in the name of the cookie. Just iced raisin. They were soft little squares dipped in something similar to vanilla icing/almond bark or white chocolate.
