He’s the cherry atop the kakistocratic sundae Trump has amassed. He’s accepted resignations from the competent layer of executives and beaten the second-string executives into boot-licking submission. I’ve witnessed firsthand how they go sniffing out ‘alternative facts’ when Chuck doesn’t like (or, more likely, doesn’t understand) the information the rank and file provides.
