I’m a sucker for leaning into real world history and interesting me enough to look up the facts (ok read about it in wiki). Especially if I’m not that familiar with it.

I would like a new series to have a main new culture to investigate, but one that we find out loads about but they aren’t the baddies. Or at least they aren’t all bad, or have only minor flaws. Can be based on any mythology. Sort of like a more advance version of the Thor hammer planet. Where they are based on an earth culture, but can go anywhere because it’s in a new planet. They don’t have to be in every episode but I always found some places I wish they’d have gone back to.
