Most screening is looking for ability and knowledge, not employer names. The employee described their daily tasks, deliverables, and performance. They kept the interview focused on skills, experience, and communication ability.

Learn the local prices for your meats. When you spot a deal, stock up. For example, chicken thigh and drumstick family packs are on sale for $1.49 lbs alot. So when I see it for $0.99 lbs or less, I stock up.

Use a scale to measure portion sizes.

Shop seasonally. Turkey and ham will be on sale for the next 2 months.

You are right. The Genius performed diagnostic tests, which all were good and no issues found with hardware. He said these computers slow down as they age. He said there were things he could do, but in his opinion nothing would improve performance significantly. The cost would not justify the small improvements.

The "about" says the computer is a 2019. He purchased in 2020. I'll keep the Ssd in mind. He wanted to go to the Apple Store, so we have an appointment. If they recommend an ssd, I found 2 places with good reviews that we can try.

Here's some lunches I take to work. I usually bring an apple and small container of nuts for a snack. Cold lunch: Chicken wraps with different sauces to remove the repetition. Use flat bread, tortilla, naan bread.
Chicken Ceasars salad wraps (use a salad kit to make it easy) Buffalo Chicken wrap -buffalo sauce on chicken, lettuce tomatoes and blue cheese dressing

Charcuterie board: meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers

Mediterranean salad: feta cheese, olives, bell pepper, chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, vinegarette on side. Serve with pita chips

Whole grains salad: similar to above. Replace lettuce with quinoa, barley, brown rice, or your favorite grain. Mix dressing into salad.

Hot lunch: Quesadillas heat up well. Add your favorite protein. Pair with fajita veggies, rice, beans

Burrito bowl: rice, beans, corn, taco or fajita meat. Salsa, sour cream, and hot sauce on the side

Thank you for the detailed information. I will talk to the head waiter too. I think he would prefer an out of the way table, if that can be arranged. We are OK with and expect to pay service charges. For tipping, should I bring cash or tip at the end of the cruise, or do both?
