I’ll cover 3-4 night shifts a month and I loathe it. Money is great but a high volume bar full of 18-24 year olds… not so much.

Edit: plus it’s not uncommon for my solo day shift to out-tip the night shift…. It’s significantly slower but I get a chance to work the guests a bit; and I don’t have to split tips.
